2019 THINK OUTSIDE THE BOWL BUSINESS GROWTH CONFERENCE

Think Outside The Bowl is a two-day business growth conference in Durham NC on August 28-29, 2019. The event will provide both inspirational and hands-on sessions to help both B2B and B2C companies increase loyalty, word-of-mouth, and most importantly, revenue.

Think Outside The Bowl will take a deep dive to help your organization stand out in a sea of sameness.

The Purple Goldfish is bringing together their expert faculty to revolutionize the way you approach Customer Experience, Brand Experience, and Employee Experience. By focusing on being experience design, companies and organizations can achieve greater results in 2019 and beyond.

In a world where commoditization is the norm, differentiation is key. The kind of differentiation customers and employees will notice doesn’t come from what you say, it comes more from what you do.

More than any other factor, your brand’s customer and employee experience will determine whether you thrive and profit or struggle and fade. There is a strong business case for winning the hearts of customers and employees, especially when it leads to increased retention and referrals. According to Gartner, a 5% increase in retention can boost profits by 25% to 125%.

The Think Outside The Bowl faculty includes brand experience, customer experience, employee experience and differentiation experts from the Purple Goldfish Think Tank.

INFORMING INNOVATION 2019

To bring a solution from bench to bedside, life science companies have myriad information needs at every stage of development. From market projections for specific therapeutic areas, to competitive intelligence about competitors’ research programs, to scientific literature, critical information can be expensive to access and time-consuming to search. Time spent hunting for information is time spent away from developing technologies that can heal and feed the world.

At Informing Innovation 2019, NC Biotech will help you get up to speed in life science market research techniques; learn the landscape of scientific literature, patent and business information resources; and equip you with sources and strategies for finding the data you need to innovate. You will also be able to connect with content providers to learn more about the industry tools and resources that are essential to discovery.

Informing Innovation 2019 is hosted by Life Science Intelligence (LSI) at NCBiotech. LSI specializes in the intersection of bioscience innovation and business. By delivering targeted market and scientific insight, LSI connects entrepreneurs and companies with the analysis and resources needed to inform strategic decisions.
